LEGAL1. Scope of Services
Webrakor & Co. provides digital product design, software engineering, and strategy services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal document, which will supersede these general terms in the event of a conflict regarding specific deliverables.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees, the Client is granted all right, title, and interest in the final deliverables created specifically for the project.
Webrakor & Co. retains the right to use the completed work for portfolio, marketing, and case study purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) stating otherwise has been signed. We also retain ownership of our background technology, frameworks, and pre-existing code libraries used to build the deliverables.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. A deposit is typically required to schedule resources and begin work. We reserve the right to pause active development if invoices remain unpaid beyond 30 days.
4. Confidentiality
We respect your proprietary information. Any confidential information shared during the course of a project will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the work. We are happy to sign your standard NDA prior to project kickoff.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webrakor & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific project.
